The International School of Oxide Electronics 2025 (ISOE2025), coordinated by Vincent Garcia, gathered over 80 participants from July 8 to July 18 2025, at the Scientific Institute of Cargese (Corsica, France). Several members of theTSAR project including Stéphane Fusil, Jean-Yves Chauleau, Brahim Dkhil and Michel Viret were members of the organizing committee as well as the scientific committee of ISOE2025. This 8^th edition of the school was a great success with excellent lectures given by renowned international experts in the field, as well as excellent flash poster presentations, and poster sessions from students. We are grateful to the staff of the Scientific Institute of Cargese for helping us making this school unforgettable.
