TSAR members recently co-organized the second edition of the symposium “Topological Textures in Antiferroic and Ferroic Materials”, held during the EMRS Fall Meeting from September 15th to 18th, 2025. In line with the philosophy of the TSAR project, the symposium aimed to bring together researchers from two vibrant and complementary communities, magnetism and ferroelectrics, to exchange perspectives and approaches on the physics of topological ferroic textures.

With 17 invited talks and 20 contributed presentations, the symposium was a clear success. Participants shared and discussed cutting-edge advances in ferroic oxide science in a warm, collaborative atmosphere.

In addition, TSAR sponsored the invited-speaker dinnerat the Soul Kitchen restaurant in Warsaw, a convivial event that helped strengthen connections and foster new collaborations within the ferroic-oxide community.
